So do you want to use ur rallys on a turn your opponent doesnt have blockers, or like popping one a turn

I suggest using them to either catch your opponent off guard on their turn or, like the title of the deck implies, to keep pressing forward after already attacking during your turn. All of the cards in your deck benefit from being in combat, and so you can capitalize on those benefits by attacking multiple times a turn. Katarina is especially helpful for this reason.
