This isn't a top tier deck, but it's fun, and puffcaps is a realistic win condition. I had to try a few Teemo decks before I found one that wasn't auto-lose. Most other Teemo decks I've seen here have another (better) win condition, such as Ledros, and little protection for the little guy.
The most recent edits add Radiant Strike to counter some of the freezes and Statikk shock since I often find I need more draw. Get excited can remove more urgent threats than mystic shot, so I put a couple of those in and they have performed well.
