Currently using this deck on ladder with a fair amount of success sitting at high plat with no current sign of stopping, the premise being similar to Miss Fortune/Quinn but with more interaction to defend your key pieces.
A combination of Rally/Scout/Lucian procs can allow you to attack three times a turn, or twice during their turn.
Lucian/Senna turn 2/3 is the dream for pressure but not necessary, just keep up pressure and push for value via frostbite and challenger. So far my Quinn has survived far longer in this deck and pulled more value.
Sentry/Vanguard/Ranger/Swiftwing and Remembrance allow you to heavily commit to the board and then bounce back with relative ease if it's cleared.
