Runeterra Deck: [MASTERS] Teemo Control Patch 1.2

Hey guys, I just reached Masters with this Teemo Control deck, which is a different take on the classic Corina Control deck, with Puffcaps as an alternate win condition.

This deck has been through multiple changes, while the list I used to get into Masters included Vi, the list I've posted here doesn't, because it's what I feel will be a better version post-patch. The play style is basically like a control deck, use your spells to answer whatever your opponent plays, while planting puffcaps. At end-game, drop Ledros to bring your opponent closer to death by puffcaps, and if all else fails, Atrocity to finish the game.

Hope I've intrigued you enough to give this deck a go (not an easy one to pilot imo, you need to know matchups well)
