Draven and Riven are both playing the same game
Both of there win conditions involve apply early pressure and then hitting with Overwhelm in the later game this which makes them perfect partners.
From my experience it's better to have 2 champion's with the same win condition rather than 1 supporting the other, aka Taric.
Presides going for a OTK with Draven and Riven the decks second win condition is swarming and going wide
similar to Draven and Jinx.
With Arena Bookie, Spacey Sketcher and an abundance of Gems, Axes & Fragments to discard this deck will have a free card draw engine.
Alongside some good discard cards such as Vision and Survival Skills.
