Runeterra Deck: Bandlelusives Patch 3.3.0

Gameplan:
- rush opponent with elusives, sometimes buffed by Poppy
- Teemo is just here as an elusive 1-drop, puffcaps are not the central gameplan
- Furious Faefolk + Double Attack + Syncopation can deal 18 damage for funny almost-OTKs
- Tasty Faefolk helps on defense, especially potent with Young Witch
- Otherwise block with Hungry Owlcats from Bandle Commando to preserve elusive units

- can be tricky to play, because the gameplan changes between all-in OTK combo and elusive rush based on match-up and draws

Mulligan:

- keep Bandle Commando almost always (gives blockers and chip damage)
- Tasty Faefolk vs aggro
- when going for combo gameplan (usually vs slower decks) keep Furious Faefolk + Teemo/early elusives + Combo pieces (Flurry of Fists/Papercraft Dragon + Syncopation)

Cards to Consider:

- Gnar (cause he gud)
- Kelp Maidens / Navori Conspirator for more cheap elusive
- Sonic Wave vs. other elusives
- Deny/Nopefy for more disruption against control
- more Fae synergy for stronger Owlcats (probably becomes different deck at that point though)
