Lots of two drops, including the time bombs, + Insightful Investigator allows extremely fast cycling to fish for the time bombs. Rummage can be used to continue cycling the unwanted or too expensive fleeting draws from the investigator. Ezreal level up is fast with the Merciless Hunter and Scrying Sands, and he acts as a good finisher, helped by Zilean's levelled card duplication. One-off of stress testing to keep the many fleeting cards late, or discard early.
