Runeterra Deck: Demacian Elites Patch 2.21.0

This deck centers around the Elite subtheme of Demacia; Battlesmith is a key three-for to buff up the majority of your followers, and cards like Vanguard Squire, Ardent Tracker, and For The Fallen help you get some extra value out of your elites. Your focus should be on setting up big swings off of the stats gained from Battlesmith and Vanguard Bannerman, with For The Fallen allowing you to make a big swing into their board, clear a lot of their followers, and then recover a beefy board afterwards. You also want to be hunting for chump blockers you can attack into: Jarvan IV, especially when Leveled Up, can allow for strong trades, and Garen and Vanguard Defender help to survive those attacks - keep in mind though, Jarvan IV is specifically leveled up from enemy BLOCKERS; while Single Combat will allow Garen to level, it does not interact with Jarvan IV at all. The biggest weakness to keep in mind is the weakness of your turn 3; Vanguard Sentinel and/or Greenfang Warden can be subbed in for Swiftwing Flight and/or Arden Tracker to keep a stronger curve, but in my opinion the cost reductions you can get on those higher cost cards normally allows for a Turn 3 play.
