Hello FxBurpy, the two deck building conditions are shurima cards region and evelynn origin power.
Hothead is both shurima/bandle region but in this deck his region is shurima.

Hi LeoBanz, it's a 75% shurima deck so it's not a big deal and you can replace it by some rite of calling exemplar, depend of your tast and your way of play.
