Early game
You want to start stacking hallowed ASAP. So dont be afraid to trade early units. Don't worry too much about damage unless your playing against turbo aggro.

Cards to look out for:
Hallowed 1-3 drops (5 fearsome blockers vs aggro)
Opulent Foyer
Ceaseless Sentry

Mid game:
Keep stacking hallowed. At this point you might be running low on cards depending on how aggresive your opponent has been playing. draw combos are ghastly band + Glimpse Beyond or Glimpse + unit that is about to die. Lifesteal units with hallowed buffs will either heal you back to full or act as removal bait. Ghostly paramour/Gwen/Scuttlegeist make excellent Seal in Steel targets if your opponent is threatening removal. Find an opening for Starshaping to prepare for late game.

Late game finishers:
Seal in Steel + Hallowed buff + Gwen will give you 3 units with overinflated dmg to start clearing to beefy late game units of the board. Repeat till win
Hallowed + Atrocity. Be wary of freezes or giving it to units with low HP. If your opponent removes your 14/1 unit with a 2 mana spell you might just lose the game,
Elusive/Overwhelm + Hallowed buff. You either use sparkle fly or a unit you get from Starshaper. Whatever your opponent is weak against.
