Overview: When plunder was nerfed to nab, starlit seer became more powerful. Buffed braum fits perfectly in this deck, you can possibly add another braum. It is a flexible midrange deck that can end games fast when drawing perfectly.
Gameplay: Try to muligan omen hawk and Seer to buff your next cards. Don't keep fizz in the opening hand, you can keep Braum against Anivia control/vi-Heimer but only if you don't draw seer. Try to keep seer alive with elexir or fury but always make it worth the mana cost vs. the opponent.
