Runeterra Deck: Optimized Pirate Aggro Patch 2.18.0

The two major key differences in this version is to have fortune croaker to increase card draw (because in my experience this deck runs out of gas too easily, especially compared to yordle burn decks). Second is to replace Iron Ballista with Pilfered Goods. To me, Iron ballista is worth 3 mana when this deck has plenty of 1 drops with almost same stats. Pilfered Goods gives us 2 cards from the opponent, which not only gives our hand life but also make it harder for the opponent to guess what happens next.
