Deck has many cheaper creatures to start flooding the board early to establish board dominance and chipping away at the enemy life. Use combat tricks to keep units alive, and deal more damage to the Nexus with overwhelm creatures. Considering replacing Legion Rearguard with Omen Hawk since sometimes the Rearguard is unable to get past chump blockers, and the Hawk would give guaranteed buff to other creatures.
Ideally by mid game the opponent is at or near 10 life to level up Darius. If you have other creatures with overwhelm and they are not quite to 10 life yet, you can place Darius to attack last to bring them to or under 10 before his attack. Since as long as the enemy has 10 or less life before his attack, he will level up mid combat for extra damage.
