This very aggressive deck is super strong in this meta because of the many Noxus aggro decks that are played. Most of the units can be killed with Miss Fortune, and you can level up her extremely fast (in 2 turns with cataclysm + scout, same for Quinn). In a single turn, you can attack up to 5 times (Scout, Pursuit, Cataclysm, Citrus), and this even during enemy's turn ! Avoid playing your champions versus obvious removal, and try to keep them alive until they reach level 2, most of the time you will win few turns after their level up.
