the overall gameplan here is shurima/piltover goodstuff with lurk, use predicts to set up lurks/draw rek'sai while you stall the early game with piltover removal. Round the game out with xer'xareth/rek'sai and swarming the board with lurks generated by call the pack. Ekko adds great synergy for the deck by generating time tricks to help guarantee rek'sai hitting the board as much as possible, and if he levels up his generated cards are another wincon.
