Its a cool idea but I dont understand it. there are a lot of cards that buff the top card in your deck, but i dont think that works for heimer since his cards are created, not drawn. Maybe im not understanding it right. can someone explain this to me?

Hi there SirVoomy. This is a very old deck, and might have better versions nowadays. However the basic idea is very simple, plenty of spells and things that benefit from you casting spells. Starlit Seer is there to put on board and simply just get benefits from casting spells, and so is Puffcap Peddler. Heimer is obviously your main win-con, producing turrets from casting spells. However, the meta has changed a lot since this deck was created and it might not do very well nowadays. Braum is a confusing choice for this deck, but I presume is just a value generator.
