Teemo Sump is a pretty funny deck. It has all the options. Damage prevention, sources that can deplete life or creatures, plenty of puffcap generators, and the best item for this deck, Sump Monument which literally buys you time against an opponent who tries to swing huge allies at you.
The one flaw I have with this deck is that it's so reliant on RNG. It's a deal breaker for some, as there are games to where your opponent will survive on one life despite the godlike setup.
