I love Vi she is probably my fav card. I think she is a good defense for a burn/control swain deck bc you are playing cheap cards that lvl her up fast and later she herself becomes a way to do direct dmg. She is a great target for your Transfusions if Crimson Disciple is not out or is to low. She is also a good target for Whirling death.
Im not a big fan of Noxian Fervor but idk what to switch out for it but it does come in handy.
You get good removal with Thermogenic, Mystic Shot, Culling, Death's hand, Gothcha, and Statikk Shock some which can trigger Swain's effect when he is lvled.
Kato is a nice trick to give Vi Overwhelm or even support Legion and Ballista to buff them.
The one of Blade's Edge can also be removal and has helped with Swains lvling or activating his ability if you wondered why the one of lol
