I'm a master's player and here's one of my theorycrafts for the new set. Currently having a great winrate with the list vs Nautilus Mill/Fizz Lee Sin/Miss Fortune TF decks.
I took off Legion Drummer and added Starlit Seer. I think it works better this way.

Overrated for how draw dependent this deck is. Save your shards for something else.

This Deck is awesome, the only thing i complain is when u try to lvl up sejuani... takes too long, otherwise it really fun to play it. C:

Agree, little synergy here. Sejuani is better with e.g. Miss Fortune. Better pair Ashe with Shaman instead, to drive opponents nuts. See my deck Frostbite B*tches. Works every time.

Been loving frostbite decks this week, rimefang wolf feels like such an MVP when he eats big units. Could you elaborate a bit on how to use this deck? What to mulligan for etc? Cheers!
