You want to try and spam as many of the 1 and 2 drops as you can before you get poppy on board. Ideally, you put her on board when you have the attack, and use either Tyari or Mentor to make her from a 4/3 into a 5/6 or 7/6 on attack, so she's harder to remove.
Also, if you can pull off the Attack - Golden Aegis on Taric - Attack and proc golden aegis and attack again with poppy on board, you can level her in a single turn.
