Deck Details & Information
I was toying with some cards today and I got my hands in this deck. I don't know if it's even tier 3 but it's quite effective at making you laugh. It's has crazy draws that allow you to search several copies of Go Hard (and make some in your hand with Chief Mechanist Zevi). I think its heavily improvable but the core gameplay goes along this:

Basically you want to use Counterfeit Copies into Go Hard as soon as you have the chance, do not use Go Hard otherwise unless you see some heavy draws (5-6) within the next 2 turns. That will allow you to turn on the *****how machinery early. To get until those mid-late turns healty you want to attack with Elise to create spiders that can stope future damage. Astute Academic is your 1 drop: she can grow to big numbers but most of the time she will trade with the beefiest guys in the opponent side, do not hesitate because she will not create nexus damage most of the time.

About the draw: this deck is about cycling through you deck like there is no tomorrow, so cards like the Veteran and Insightful Investigator (specially in combo) are your bread and butter. Try to keep your Insightful Investigator Alive as long as you can and if you have a fleeting Veteran and no Go Hard you can copy him. Zaunite Urchin and Sump Dredger allow you to release a bit of preassure from your hand (you will constantly have 6-7 cards in your hand with a lot more incoming, and you don't want to burn copies of Go Hard if you don't have a lot in your deck yet). Hexcore Foundry is the strongest draw engine of your game. One is necessary, two is an option, you only play the third if you know what you are doing (spoiler: you don't, me neither, so don't play it).

Chief Mechanist Zevi is the operator of this carnival of bad taste. The perfect scenario is if you have a healthy board, few cards in your hand and one or two Hexcore Foundry in play along with one GH played and a Counterfeit Copies of it. If you got to play a correct game until now, within the next one to two turns you should be playing an entire cycle of Go Hard into Pack your Bags every turn. And if you saved enough mana you could play the Poggers Day to get between 4 and 6 Go Hard at 0 mana. I'm still testing this joke of a deck but of like 20 matches it happened like three of four times. I see it as an absolute win.

Some considerations:
- The amount of GH that you will have (along with the 2 copies of Vile Feast) allow you to take some nexus punishment without the need to throw your board in defense inmediatly.
- Always count your cards in hand: most of the time you will have to play tetris with them so you don't burn a lot of your deck. It won't mill you but it still sucks.
- An alternative win condition is to mill your opponent with 3 Hexcore Foundrys and some Veteran Investigators counterfeited but this only works effectively with a few decks like Tahm/Soraka. It is an option that may appear along the game but don't throw yourself to it if you see it far away.
- If you don't take for granted Pack your bags this deck has ZERO natural removal options (besides the one copy of Passage Unearned). Feel free to adapt it as you see it fit.
